Job summary

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, sourcing, and organisational skills; experience using ATS/HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates to build strong talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct candidate evaluations, and facilitate hiring decisions.
