A luxury real estate brokerage in Dubai seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to find and onboard elite sales agents. The successful candidate will have a proven recruitment track record in Dubai, ideally with a minimum of 2–4 years of experience in commission-driven environments. Responsibilities include designing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring funnel, and refining processes based on KPIs. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and fluent in English with additional languages as a plus.
