The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer management and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.

Requirements
