Standard Chartered in the United Arab Emirates seeks a proactive Relationship Manager in Priority Banking to lead the REHLATY team, drive revenue, and grow client portfolios. You will coach and develop UAE National team members while ensuring compliance and delivering customer excellence in a dynamic banking environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic execution, and strong stakeholder management to achieve business and customer outcomes in a multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• University graduate with a background in sales and relationship management.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client portfolios.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Experience in Priority Banking or Wealth Management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop UAE National REHLATY team to meet customer and revenue targets.
• Drive revenue, assets under management, and cross-sell across Priority Banking products.
• Execute the bank's strategy and digital agenda through the team’s activities.
• Maintain high performance through coaching, pipeline reviews and KPI tracking.
