Job summary

A dynamic business group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Management Trainee to assist the Chairperson. This role involves shadowing leadership, managing multiple priorities, and supporting various strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Shadow and assist the Chairperson in business meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Take detailed Minutes of Meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Prepare and maintain presentations, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Handle data compilation, validation, and tracking across departments.
  • Support the Chairperson in project management.
