Job summary

Belden is seeking a Solution Account Manager for the MEA region, based in Dubai, to drive revenue growth with existing customers and expand Belden’s footprint in the Process, Energy and Transportation sectors. You will engage directly with customers and channel partners, building robust account plans and cross-selling opportunities.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 10+ years in Operational Technology with 5+ years in End User Sales, international experience, and fluency in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Operational Technology with 5+ years in End User Sales.
• Proven track record in sales within the Energy sector, with expertise in data and network solutions.
• Experience in a medium-to-large international organization, matrix environment and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; fluency in at least one other language.
• Agile mindset with strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers through robust account plans and cross-selling.
• Expand Belden's presence in the Process, Energy & Transportation sector by engaging with potential new customers and channel partners.
• Create a comprehensive market landscape for the Process, Energy & Transportation vertical in the Middle East.
• Develop and execute winning sales strategies, manage sales funnels, and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Innovation Centers to deliver compelling, solution-based proposals that generate demand and win projects.
