Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent with a strong commercial focus.
• Proven track record in sales within the Energy sector, with expertise in data and network solutions.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Operational Technology with 5+ years of End User Sales experience.
• International exposure in a medium-to-large multinational with matrix teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers through robust account plans and cross-selling.
• Expand Belden's presence in the Process Energy & Transportation sector by engaging directly with potential new customers and channel partners.
• Create a comprehensive market landscape for the Process Energy & Transportation vertical in the Middle East highlighting areas of potential success for Belden.
• Develop and execute winning sales strategies, manage sales funnels, and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Innovation Centers to deliver solution-based proposals that generate demand and win projects.
