Job summary

People10 is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to accelerate growth across the MENA region from Dubai. You will lead IT services/solutions sales, generate new opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline through multi-channel outreach.

Ideal candidates bring 4–5 years in IT/B2B sales with UAE/MENA experience, strong communication and negotiating skills, and a track record in prospecting and closing deals.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in IT services/solutions sales or B2B business development.
• Experience with UAE/MENA clients is mandatory.
• Proven lead generation, prospecting and appointment setting experience.
• Strong understanding of the IT services/technology sales lifecycle.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across the MENA region.
• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through multiple channels.
• Conduct prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and position relevant IT solutions/services.
• Schedule and conduct initial client discussions and discovery calls.
• Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams for solution positioning.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and support the sales team through the closure cycle.
