Job summary

Standard Chartered in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales and Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of wealthy clients across the region. You will develop new relationships, onboard NTBs, and service existing clients with a focus on investment products and personal banking solutions.

The role requires excellent negotiation, deep knowledge of capital markets, compliance with KYC/AML, and a readiness to obtain the SCA license within six months.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking & Investment Products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of capital markets and financial planning
• SCA certified or to obtain certification within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development.
• Generate new business to meet customer targets and revenue goals.
• Induct NTB customers brought in by branches and direct sales.
• Create sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers.
• Update Sales MIS with Calls, Prospects, Attritions, and business done.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention through professional service.
• Lead by example and align with risk and control partners.
• Ensure KYC/AML updates and zero-error documentation.
• Detect suspicious transactions and combat financial crime risk.
• Obtain SCA license within 6 months of joining.
