Standard Chartered in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales and Relationship Manager to drive strategic client growth. You will manage relationships across banking and investment products, onboard new clients, and deliver tailored financial solutions with a focus on high-net-worth individuals.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership, a solid understanding of the UAE market, and the ability to work across cultures within a global bank. SCA certification is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experienced Sales and Relationship Manager with background in handling Banking & Investment Products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence outcomes.
• Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables.
• Good understanding of the UAE business environment and local HNI contacts.
• Adaptable to a multi-cultural environment.
• In-depth knowledge of capital markets and financial planning.
• SCA certification is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development.
• Generate new business to hit defined targets (customers, volumes, revenue).
• Onboard new NTB customers from Branches & Direct Sales.
• Develop sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers.
• Maintain Sales MIS (calls, prospects, attritions, business done).
• Ensure exceptional customer service and high satisfaction/retention.
