You will identify customer needs, deploy CRM modules, measure action impact, and coach teams to meet strategic targets across marketing and sales, while maintaining health, safety, and compliance

• Sales experience and ability to provide customer-based solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with leaders across all levels.
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate with client leaders from C-level to entry level.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of M&S processes, standards, and organizational changes in a defined perimeter.
• Define bonus calculation rules and ensure local implementation.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are respected.
• Identify customer needs and define a multi-annual CRM roadmap.
• Manage deployment of CRM modules aligned with business priorities.
• Identify metrics with stakeholders and design dashboards.
• Develop change management plans and supervise implementation.
• Detect employees' relevant skills to support business ambitions.
• Analyze local workforce and identify training needs; recommend actions.
• Measure impact of actions and changes; provide recommendations.
• Apply Marketing & Sales Metier referential and ensure its application.
• Steer activity and propose plans to close deviations.
• Animate the M&S network.
• Identify and implement training to close competency gaps and measure impact.
• Manage M&S and customers training center when present locally.
• Foster collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
