• Proven experience as a key account manager.
• Proven experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Experience multitasking several accounts.
• Ability to communicate with client leaders from C-level to entry-level support roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead the deployment of M&S process/standards/organizational changes in a given perimeter and provide support and counsel to business functions.
• Define the Bonus calculation rules and ensure implementation locally.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards in respected.
