Michelin HR is seeking a Marketing and Sales Engagement Manager in Dubai to lead deployment of M&S processes and CRM initiatives. You will define bonus rules, ensure safety standards, and drive multi-year CRM roadmaps, while coordinating with stakeholders across levels.

You will identify customer needs, deploy CRM modules, design dashboards, and manage change. The role emphasizes training, collaboration between marketing and sales, and engagement with client leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as key account manager.
• Sales experience with solution-based approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Experience in multi-tasking several accounts and managing complex stakeholder needs.
• Ability to engage client leaders from C-level to entry-level roles.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and Salesforce Engage preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the deployment of M&S process/standards and provide counsel to business functions.

Standards and Process

• Lead the deployment of M&S process/standards/organizational changes in a given perimeter and provide support and counsel to business functions
• Define the Bonus calculation rules and ensure implementation locally
• Ensure Health and Safety standards in respected

Customer Relationship Management

• Identify customers needs and concerns and define the pluri-annual CRM roadmap to support M&S business ambitions
• Manage deployment of all CRM modules in line with business priorities
• Identify with Stakeholder metrics to be tracked and design dashboard accordingly
• Develop the change management plan and supervise the implementation

Building a better M&S Workforce

• Detect employee's relevant skills to help move the company ahead
• Analyze local workforce (competency, jobs,training) and identify employee needs/concerns & recommend qualitative/quantitative actions to support the business ambitions
• Measure impact of an action plan, and/or organizational changes and provide recommendations to stakeholders
• Apply the Marketing & Sales Metier referential an ensure its application
• Steer the activity and propose action plan to close any deviation

Learning and people development

• Identify and put in place the right training to close competency gap and measure its impact vs business ambitions
• Manage the M&S and customers training center when present locally
• Put in place the training to develop employees towards reaching the business ambitions.
• Favor/ease collaboration between marketing and sales teams

Experience in:

• Proven experience as key account manager
• Proven experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Proven experience is multi-tasking several accounts
• Proven ability to communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles).
