Al-Futtaim in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager - Corporate Leasing to manage strategic corporate accounts, protect retention, and expand leasing and rental revenue across mobility and financial products. You will influence multi-level decision-makers and drive cross-selling while ensuring profitability and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a proven track record in B2B account management, a degree-level qualification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Proven experience in B2B account management or corporate relationships.
Track record of meeting revenue and retention targets.
Experience with blue-chip or large corporates.
Ability to navigate multi-level decision-making.
Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of strategic corporate and key accounts with focus on retention and profitability.
Build relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels of decision-making.
Develop account plans to grow revenue and cross-sell services.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell leasing, rental, and financial services.
Deliver revenue and profit targets for corporate lease and rental products.
Coordinate with sales, portfolio performance, and marketing teams.
Prepare regular reports on activity and outcomes.
Maintain structured account administration and pipeline records.
