Qualifications

• Degree-level education or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven sales and business development experience with corporate customers.
• Ability to build and develop a prospect database rather than relying on incoming leads.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
• Experience dealing with large corporate or blue-chip organizations.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and continuously develop a qualified B2B prospect database using market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, and direct engagement.
• Acquire new corporate customers for vehicle leasing and rental products while delivering revenue and profit targets.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and convert opportunities through consultative selling.
• Discuss fleet requirements, priorities, and commercial expectations with customers.
• Onboard new customers and coordinate transition to Key Account Managers for growth.
• Develop relationships with corporate decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate timely delivery of vehicles and assets, resolving issues affecting satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies to increase profitability and long-term account value.
• Support leadership with sales planning, targets, and performance analysis.
• Prepare regular reports on pipeline, conversions, revenue, and market trends.
• Provide market intelligence to marketing for targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with accounts and collections to manage debt exposure and payment discipline.
