• 3-5 years of experience in a business/commercial/data analysis-focused role.
• 3-5 years of experience in developing and delivering complex projects.
• Experience in problem-solving and proposing unique solutions to complex issues.
• Experience working in start-ups or fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support improvements to processes across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions.
• Prepare and present Quarterly OKRs and Monthly performance reports.
• Help improve the productivity strategy for Account Managers.
• Support business growth with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strategic insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address urgent business questions.
