Job summary

Gulf Agency Company is seeking a driven Business Development professional in Abu Dhabi to expand logistics solutions and drive revenue. You will build a robust client network, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence.

You will leverage knowledge of 3PL, warehousing, and value-added services to identify opportunities, present proposals, and close deals with B2B and B2C clients in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven; able to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Understand 3PL business module incl. warehousing, distribution, and related tech.
• B2B & B2C sales experience with an established client network is valuable.
• Experience generating leads and managing full sales cycle; meet targets.
• 3 to 5 years in business development.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal Operating Income target.
• Promptly send quotations to clients and follow up closely on quotations.
• Prepare weekly sales visit plan and enter details in GAC Sales system.
• Ensure credit approvals are in place for all credit clients.
• Assist Finance in maintaining receivables within terms.
• Pass on leads to sales teams and overseas GAC entities.
• Capitalize on leads and convert them into business.
