Job summary

DHL Supply Chain UAE is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our growth agenda in the UAE. This senior role requires a proven track record in winning and expanding complex contracts within contract logistics, warehousing and transportation.

You will shape and execute our UAE business development strategy, build a strong pipeline with strategic customers, lead RFIs/RFPs, and drive value-based selling across MEA.

Qualifications

Extensive business development experience within contract logistics, warehousing and transportation.
Proven ability to deliver commercial growth and manage complex customer opportunities.
Strong knowledge of the UAE logistics and supply chain market.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute UAE business development strategy to drive revenue and market share.
Identify, develop and secure opportunities across contract logistics, warehousing and transportation.
Build a strong pipeline and deepen relationships with strategic customers.
Lead RFIs, RFQs and RFPs with cross-functional teams to create competitive solutions.
Lead commercial negotiations and champion value‑based selling.
Collaborate with MEA Sector teams, Operations and other DHL divisions to unlock opportunities.
Build market intelligence and represent DHL with customers and industry forums.
Lead, coach and develop the UAE Business Development team.
