Jumbo Electronics LLC in Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager specialized in 3PL services to drive growth, win new clients, and expand existing accounts through tailored logistics solutions.

You will leverage your logistics and sales expertise to identify opportunities, communicate value, and build strong client relationships while coordinating with operations and documentation to fulfill contracts.

A proactive, results‑oriented professional with UAE driving license and own car is preferred.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in 3PL business development in a large or medium organization.
• UAE driving licence and own car.
• Graduate or postgraduate with supply chain/logistics specialization.

Responsabilidades

• Secure new customers and develop existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets for the department.
• Generate and convert leads into revenue.
• Identify high-volume profitable prospects and drive revenue through logistics solutions.
• Advise on cost-effective tailor-made logistics plans.
• Visit 3PL customers to validate service levels and develop new revenue streams.
• Maintain records of sales visits and forecast revenue.
• Negotiate rental contracts within price guidelines to maximise profits.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations and Documentation on contracts/KPIs.
• Promote services across entities and align with other department sales.
• Share market insights and participate in weekly/monthly sales meetings; review profitability.
• Follow up on accounts receivable with Finance.
