Job summary

LinkX LLC, a logistics and delivery company with a strong UAE presence and growing regional reach, is seeking a growth-focused business development leader to own the growth agenda and win strategic clients across the UAE and beyond.

You will drive new business across our 3PL, warehousing, fulfilment, e-commerce logistics and last-mile services, building lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders and leading the full cycle from prospecting to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years in business development, sales, or account management within logistics, courier, transportation, 3PL, or supply chain.
• Proven success acquiring and managing high-value B2B clients.
• Solid grasp of warehousing, distribution, and last-mile operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and a nose for new market opportunities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• BCC market experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Arabic) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new opportunities and build a pipeline across the UAE and beyond.
• Win clients for 3PL, warehousing, fulfilment, e-commerce logistics, and last-mile.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing.
• Onboard clients with operations for smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Manage key accounts, drive satisfaction and retention; report on pipeline.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
