Job summary

Deliveroo in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) is seeking an Associate-level Account Manager to manage top Retail/Non-food partners. You will onboard, maintain, and grow partnerships, acting as the day-to-day contact between partners and Deliveroo, and translating partner needs to internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in account management, business development or commercial roles.
• Experience in Retail and/or Pharmacy sectors is required.
• Strong negotiation skills to drive mutual value.
• Partner obsession with relationship-building and clear communication.
• Data-driven mindset to identify performance improvements and actionable recommendations.
• Able to generate growth ideas and test them quickly with partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with top Retail/Non-food partners as the expert in this space.
• Drive partner growth through proactive reporting, meetings, analysis and improvement projects.
• Oversee marketing and promotional planning for Retail/Non-Food partners.
• Develop and communicate an attractive value proposition for customers.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal and operations to ensure best practices.
• Lead site rollouts and map coverage gaps for partner expansion.
• Represent Deliveroo within partner organisations and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
