Job summary

Deliveroo is expanding its UAE footprint from Abu Dhabi, and the Business Development Manager will sign up top restaurants, onboard new partners, and drive revenue growth in the city.

You will manage a pipeline, negotiate win‑win deals, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver fast onboarding and measurable outcomes.

The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience, a BSc/BA, and fluency in English; knowledge of the UAE restaurant scene is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of the restaurant landscape in the UAE.
• Demonstrable sales track record with experience in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
• Be an excellent communicator with a results‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Restaurant acquisition: prospect, pitch, and close new restaurants in the territory (inside sales).
• Oversee your pipeline and manage a portfolio of leads with strong conversion.
• Oversee partner onboarding to ensure fast, efficient sign‑ups.
• Ensure partner success within the first weeks after signing.
• Support wider commercial projects and field initiatives as needed.
