Job summary

Delivery Hero in Dubai seeks an Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with restaurant and vendor partners. You will be the primary contact, helping partners optimize presence on the platform, grow sales, and maintain high satisfaction.

The role requires 2–5 years in account management or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, and strong analytical and communication skills. On-site role with a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service quality.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing partners with insights to grow on the platform.
• Analyze sales, operations, and engagement data to identify improvements in menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics.
• Share actionable recommendations to drive revenue and efficiency.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align on results and growth plans.
• Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio and upsell services.
• Support partners in optimizing content for better engagement and conversion.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions to drive order volume.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address partner needs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and issue resolution for assigned accounts.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements to maintain strategic partnerships.
• Ensure partners comply with SLAs and maintain quality standards.
