Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the Abu Dhabi SMB team. You will expand our retail and restaurant footprint in the region, building partnerships and driving fast growth on the Deliveroo platform.

In this role you’ll map prospects, pitch and close high‑value deals, manage onboarding, and monitor early partner performance to ensure long‑term success. Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate, you’ll thrive in a fast paced, commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Significant sales experience (2–3 years) including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation skills to structure win‑win deals benefiting partner and Deliveroo.
• Understanding of delivery economics and ability to meet monthly targets.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi or be based there.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new partners across your region.
• Engage with retail partners via visits, emails, calls, and social media to demonstrate Deliveroo’s value proposition.
• Oversee the partner onboarding process from start to finish for speed and efficiency.
• Monitor partner performance in the critical first eight weeks to ensure long‑term success.
• Represent Deliveroo at local meetups and industry events to grow our network in the Abu Dhabi market.
