Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai seeks an proactive Account Manager to manage and grow key client accounts in the industrial tents and temporary structures sector. You will strengthen relationships, support project-based sales, and ensure successful delivery and repeat business.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, operations and logistics, preparing quotations and proposals, and driving revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in account management or project-based sales.
• Experience in industrial solutions, construction-related products, or temporary structures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with project needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Assist in contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.
• Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
