Job summary

Caliberly in the UAE seeks a Senior Manager – Sales to lead new business acquisition, expand market presence, and accelerate revenue growth across staffing and workforce solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage senior decision-makers, and drive profitable contracts.

The role requires a hunter mindset, strong B2B experience in staffing, and a proven ability to close enterprise deals with enterprise clients across UAE and GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing or workforce solutions.
• Proven track record of acquiring new corporate clients and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets in UAE & GCC.
• Lead new business acquisition, prospecting, and key account development.
• Negotiate contracts and close high‑value opportunities with senior stakeholders.
• Manage CRM and pipeline metrics, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Mentor sales team and align cross‑functional delivery to client needs.
• Build long‑term relationships with enterprise clients and key decision‑makers.
