Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Sales Manager – Staffing (Engineering Division) in Dubai to lead client acquisition and drive account growth in engineering staffing. You will develop relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of B2B staffing sales experience in engineering/industrial sectors, with strong negotiation and CRM skills. Travel locally/regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in staffing/recruitment, ideally within engineering/industrial/technical sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and growing new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new client accounts within the engineering sector requiring staffing and recruitment services.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets for the engineering division.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads and opportunities.
• Negotiate contract terms, bill rates, and service agreements with clients.
• Partner with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely job order fulfillment.
