Multiple Positions in Leading Steel Manufacturing Company

We are seeking experienced and skilled professionals to join a well‑established steel manufacturing company in the UAE for the following key roles:

Furnace Operator – Rolling Mill (Salary: AED 9,000)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor furnace equipment in the rolling mill.
• Maintain optimal temperature and metallurgical standards.
• Follow safety procedures and coordinate with production teams.
• Operate ladle and control metal flow during continuous casting.
• Ensure smooth and safe handling of molten steel.
• Conduct inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rolling mill machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain equipment logs and follow maintenance schedules.

Mechanical Supervisor – Rolling Mill (Salary: AED 15,000+)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance team.
• Ensure timely maintenance of all rolling mill equipment.
• Implement safety standards and coordinate with other departments.
• Monitor and control shift operations for semi‑finished product lines.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Maintain shift reports and coordinate with team leads.

DRP & Jetty Operator (Salary: AED 9,000)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor DRP (Direct Reduction Plant) and jetty equipment.
• Handle raw material loading/unloading operations.
• Ensure smooth operation of material transport systems.

Requirements for All Roles

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the steel industry is mandatory.
• Proven track record in a similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment.
• Technical certifications or qualifications preferred.
