Qualifications

• More than 8 years of relevant experience in Risk and Safety Consultancy.
• Competency in conducting various Risk and Safety analyses.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and deliver within schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in checking technical integrity of safety deliverables.
• Conduct Fire & Explosion Risk Analysis (FERA).
• Develop Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and Pre-Incident Plans (PIP).

Basis Responsibilities

Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience and competency with the following:

• Capable of leading a team of assigned Risk & Safety engineers checking the technical integrity of deliverables delivering reports within allocated schedule and budget
• Knowledge of International and local standards and Company standards including ADNOC ARAMCO Qatar Energy NOC Shell etc.
• Fire explosion gas dispersion Consequence Analysis
• Fire & Explosion Risk Analysis (FERA)
• Building Risk Assessment (BRA)
• Fire Risk Analysis (FRA)
• Flare/ Vent Dispersion and Radiation studies.
• Escape Evacuation and Rescue Analysis
• Emergency System Survivability Analysis
• Temporary Refuge Impairment Analysis
• QRA study including event tree and fault tree analysis boat collision risk helicopter crash risk and ALARP demonstration/ cost benefit analysis.
• Dropped Object studies
• Ship Collision study
• Emergency Response Plan (ERP)/ Pre-Incident Plan (PIP)
• Development of Bow Ties HSECES list Performance Standards Safety Critical Tasks
• Preparation COMAH/ HSE Case Report
