Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Amazon Ads Manager - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will execute and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to drive measurable results. You will be deeply involved in managing dynamic account structures and yield insights that enhance performance. Your contributions will support the internal Retail Media team, allowing for data-driven growth in a competitive environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual ready to take ownership of their tasks and grow into more responsibilities over time.

Accountabilities
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns across complex account structures
  • Support DSP campaigns (beginner-level DSP knowledge is sufficient)
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into concrete optimization actions
  • Interpret outputs from Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and apply insights to campaign strategy
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous performance monitoring to improve conversion and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with internal account and strategy teams
  • Support the ongoing development of Retail Media strategies across Amazon and online pharmacy platforms
  • Prepare internal performance reports, dashboards, and insights for strategic decision-making
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a strong focus on Amazon Advertising
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads and campaign optimization
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce and retail media ecosystems
