ON BEHALF OF THE PRESTIGIOUS CLIENT, WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
SPECIAL EVENTS MANAGER - UAE

The ideal candidate will have seasoned experience in luxury retail Events, Communications, and Press Relations.

They will utilize proven negotiation expertise resulting in cost-effective event solutions, while managing complex budgets efficiently. Illustrate a drive and enthusiasm for continuous learning coupled with a proactive approach to tasks. The capacity to thrive in urgent scenarios requires quick thinking without compromising quality or brand integrity. An upbeat outlook complemented by an ability to operate autonomously within fast-paced settings. Willingness to travel as necessary to bring our extraordinary events to life across various locations. Demonstrated ability as a collaborative team member who exhibits an unwavering commitment toward collective goals.

Proficiency in digital and AI tools is mandatory!

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $110,000-115,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibility:

  • Collaboratively generate innovative event concepts and strategies that set the industry's benchmarks.
  • Organize a diverse array of events such as Image Showcases, Media Engagements, Exhibitions, and Flagship Launches.
  • Build and sustain relationships with vendors spanning catering services to audiovisual support (this includes conducting thorough negotiations to secure advantageous terms).
  • Guide junior staff members like Event Coordinators or Assistants towards achieving excellence in their roles.
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders as well as external partners, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Lead on-site management during events to ensure fluid execution alongside third-party service providers.
  • Oversee comprehensive fiscal responsibilities related to event budgetingboth individual projects and overarching financial plans.
  • Facilitate collaboration with Legal and Procurement divisions to ensure all external engagements are backed by appropriate documentation.
  • Contribute creatively to the development of specialized marketing collateral that upholds the brand image.
