Job summary

Adroit Technology LLC in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Solution Sales Manager specializing in banking and payment solutions to drive growth across the UAE and the Middle East. You will lead the sales process for solution-based offerings in banking and financial sectors and manage end-to-end deals.

You will build strategic client relationships with banks, financial institutions, and government agencies, collaborating with technical teams to tailor solutions and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in solution sales within banking/payments.
• Proven track record selling complex software to large organizations.
• Strong network and relationships with banks and government sectors in UAE/Middle East.
• Experience in solution-based sales with tailored client solutions.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strategic thinker who adapts to market changes.
• Diversity objective: female candidate with a non-Pakistani passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process for banking, financial, and payment sectors.
• Identify and target new business with banks, financial institutions, and government agencies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Work with technical and PM teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market penetration and revenue.
• Conduct high-level discussions, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to refine strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless post-sales support.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
