Bridgewise in Dubai is seeking an accomplished regional sales leader to drive go-to-market efforts for enterprise clients in the Middle East. You will own the regional pipeline, engage with banks and asset managers, and close strategic deals.

You will report to the VP Global Revenue, build partnerships that bolster credibility, and scale a local sales team as the market expands. Fluency in English and local languages is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise or institutional sales, ideally in fintech, capital markets data or B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record closing complex deals with banks, brokerages or asset managers.
• Existing network of relevant contacts in the target region.
• Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Fluent in English and the primary language of the region.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute the regional go-to-market plan, including target accounts, partners and competitive positioning.
• Own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts from first meeting to signed contract.
• Build and manage local partnerships that support pipeline generation and market credibility.
• Represent BridgeWise in front of senior stakeholders at banks and financial institutions.
• Hire, coach and manage regional sales talent as the market grows.
