Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Sales Director/Senior Manager Client Services in Dubai to lead technology product sales execution. You will drive revenue, manage strategic accounts, and deliver end-to-end GTM solutions for the banking sector in MEA.

You will build executive relationships, craft compelling proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close multi-year contracts. This role is based in Dubai and targets significant revenue growth for Infosys in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales/relationship management & business development experience in the MEA region.
• Experience in Core Banking within MEA is required or highly preferred.
• Proven ability to craft go-to-market solutions for industry use cases.
• Track record of engaging with C-level client contacts and stakeholders.
• Hands-on in proposal creation and leading client presentations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Breadth of IT and business consulting engagements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through research and networking.
• Build relationships and rapport with client prospects.
• Independently drive significant revenue and total contract value growth.
• Provide regular plan-based reporting to hit quarterly, half-yearly and yearly goals.
• Stay updated on Banking industry trends and key accounts in MEA.
• Negotiate and close contracts with client marketing and legal teams.
• Conduct research, competitor analysis, and develop proposals and negotiations.
• Lead go-to-market solutions and drive revenue from sponsored business units.
• Collaborate with Solutions Leader to craft customized pitches and deliver revenue & delivery.
• Create account/regional plans detailing relationships, opportunities and revenue forecasts.
