Qualifications

• BE / BTech degree.
• 8–10 years GCC experience in solar sector.
• Location: Abu Dhabi.
• Willingness to lead both Sales and Marketing functions.

Responsibilities

• Set overall direction for the company and represent sales and marketing in planning.
• Exceed targets for sales revenue and activity metrics.
• Identify new markets and register the company with end customers' vendor lists.
• Develop annual and monthly sales and marketing plans with revenue targets and budgets.
• Develop sales strategies for target markets.
• Maintain sales capacity through networking and representation.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation of sales activities and customer data.
• Prepare annual reports including orders and profitability for approvals.
• Remain proactive in adding new products and solutions to meet industry needs.
