The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering background and 5–7 years of UAE solar industry experience, with a proven ability to manage the full sales lifecycle from enquiry to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least 5 years of sales experience within the UAE solar systems integration industry.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a current or recent role.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technically appropriate solutions.
• Experience managing the complete sales opportunity cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities for solar and hybrid power solutions across the UAE.
• Identify and understand customer requirements for solar systems integration.
• Conduct regular customer and site visits to evaluate business requirements.
• Build and maintain productive commercial relationships with customers.
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Monitor relevant market developments and competitor activity.
• Share useful commercial and market insights with sales management.
• Participate in product and sales training to maintain current technical and commercial knowledge.
