Job summary

IAN Sustainable Solutions, part of AG Holding in the UAE, seeks a presentable, ambitious Solar Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager with a proven track record in EPC, trading, and O&M within the UAE solar/storage sector.

You will identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build long-term relationships with developers, EPC contractors, and government clients, while driving revenue growth and maintaining a strong sales pipeline in Dubai and the UAE.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of solar and energy storage sales in UAE (Dubai preferable).
Proven track record of securing EPC contracts and trading deals.
Strong English communication; Arabic an advantage.
UAE Driving Licence mandatory.

Responsibilities

Identify, negotiate, and close on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid Solar EPC projects.
Drive solar product sales: panels, inverters, batteries, and water treatment gear.
Secure recurring O&M contracts and maximize long-term client retention.
Represent IAN at meetings, exhibitions, and government engagements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with teams.
Develop and leverage an established UAE solar industry network.
