Job summary

AGS INTERNATIONAL General Trading LLC in Dubai seeks a results-driven sales professional to identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to contract closure. You will lead product demonstrations, negotiate, and build long-term customer relationships across the UAE and beyond.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with 3–5 years in solar trading or industrial sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in solar trading or industrial goods.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic preferred.
• Based in the UAE with UAE driving license preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Generate leads through networking, exhibitions, referrals and cold calling.
• Execute sales presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Provide feedback from customers to improve products and services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to contract closure.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and agreements.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and credit terms.
• Coordinate with Finance to reconcile receivables.
• Coordinate with Operations for delivery schedules and after-sales support.
• Support Marketing campaigns, product launches and exhibitions.
