Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Solar Sales Engineer to develop sales opportunities for solar and hybrid power solutions in the UAE. You will translate customer requirements into technically and commercially viable proposals and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering background, at least five years of UAE solar system integration sales experience, and a proven track record of meeting or beating targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 5+ years of UAE solar systems integration sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in current or recent roles.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Develop sales opportunities for solar and hybrid power solutions in the UAE.
• Assess customer requirements and support the development of appropriate solar systems integration solutions.
• Conduct regular customer and site visits to understand business requirements and maintain productive commercial relationships.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial enquiry through proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining focus on commercially sustainable business.
• Maintain accurate and current customer, opportunity and sales records.
• Monitor relevant market and competitor activity and share useful commercial insights with the sales management team.
• Participate in product and sales training to maintain current technical and commercial knowledge.
