Job Purpose

Responsible for the smooth operation of simulator activities and training administration within the company, ensuring adherence to regulations and procedures. Supports the operations department in various projects.

Key Result Responsibilities
  • Manage and update all simulator bookings, schedules, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, Crew Planning, and Crew Training to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Track simulator utilisation, prepare monthly reports, and support annual budgeting.
  • Monitor contracts, certifications, renewals, and handle confidential information.
  • Support simulator assessments, maintenance planning, and operational logistics.
Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Training or certification in scheduling, resource planning, or aviation operations (preferred).
  • Proficiency in scheduling systems or training management software.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with aviation regulatory requirements (advantage).
Work Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, resource planning, or operations coordination.
  • Experience in aviation, simulator operations, or training environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and time-sensitive schedules.
  • Background in data tracking, utilization reporting, or administrative support.
  • Experience working with vendors or external service providers is an advantage.
