Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Shift Manager to join the Wynn Rewards team in the UAE. The role focuses on leading rewards desk operations, guest engagement, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and gaming regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in guest service or loyalty programs within luxury hospitality or gaming environments, with strong leadership and communication skills and fluency in English. Availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in guest service or loyalty program operations, preferably in luxury hospitality or gaming environments.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in loyalty systems and guest service platforms.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic are an asset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must pass gaming licensing background check.

• Assist in training new team members and support ongoing development of existing staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional promotions and guest experiences.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club.
