Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Manager Wynn Rewards to join the Wynn Rewards team. The role oversees daily operations of the Wynn Rewards desk, ensuring efficient service and high guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will develop strategies to grow enrollment, retention, and engagement; collaborate with Marketing, Hotel, F&B, and Gaming to craft compelling member offers; analyze performance metrics; and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in loyalty program management, preferably in luxury hospitality or gaming environments.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages a plus.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications
