Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Promotion Specialist to join the Wynn Rewards team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Loyalty Program Management

• Administer and optimize loyalty programs (e.g., Players Club, tier benefits)
• Monitor program performance and recommend enhancements
• Ensure accurate tracking of player activity and rewards distribution

Campaign Development & Execution

• Create and deploy targeted marketing campaigns via email, SMS, and app notifications
• Collaborate with creative, legal, and operations teams to define campaign objectives and deliverables
• Conduct QA checks to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance

Customer Insights & Data Analysis

• Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and feedback to refine loyalty strategies
• Use CRM tools to track engagement metrics and identify trends
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with departments such as Player Development, Guest Services, and IT to align loyalty initiatives
• Support promotional events and VIP experiences tied to loyalty programs
• Coordinate with vendors and tech partners for system updates and integrations

Customer Experience & Support

• Serve as a point of contact for loyalty-related inquiries and escalations
• Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather qualitative feedback
• Recommend improvements to the customer journey and personalization efforts

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in loyalty marketing, preferably in gaming or hospitality
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and campaign tools
• Experience with email service providers (e.g., Braze, Movable Ink) is a plus
• Understanding HTML/CSS is beneficial.
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with gaming operations and guest segmentation
• Must pass gaming licensing background check
