Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Hospitality or Marketing preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of guest service experience, ideally in luxury hospitality or retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data entry tools
• Fluency in English required, Arabic or other languages a plus
• Passion for luxury service and creating memorable guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Enroll new members into the Wynn Rewards program and clearly explain benefits
• Process member transactions redemptions and account updates accurately
• Promote current offers events and exclusive member experiences
• Resolve guest inquiries and elevate issues to the Manager when necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies promotions and resort services
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance member satisfaction and engagement
• Uphold Wynn brand standards in all guest interactions

About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE Set to open in 2027 the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah The resort will offer 1 530 rooms and suites 22 restaurants lounges and bars a theater and a beach club It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools a five-star spa a salon a shopping promenade and a celebrations and events center

About the Position

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are
