Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Duty Manager – Enclave to lead the Enclave front office team within a luxury resort environment in the UAE. You will ensure seamless check-in/check-out, personalized guest experiences, and proactive service recovery for a discerning clientele.

Responsibilities include coordinating with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments, supervising staff, and maintaining Forbes Five-Star quality. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in front office or guest services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality and handling VIP guests.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Shift-based schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• May involve standing for extended periods and handling guest luggage or amenities.
• Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards required.

• Support the Duty Manager in managing shift operations and reporting.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Duty Manager – Enclave to join the resort’s Enclave Operations team.
