A Sales Strategy & Execution
- Identify and target potential clients within key industries, including BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing.
- Focus on emerging Fintech startups in UAE and Nigeria to capture new opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and qualification.
- Conduct needs assessments to propose tailored technology solutions that meet client requirements.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing, including contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
B Client Relationship Management
- Maintain ownership of new accounts until achieving critical mass, after which Account Managers will take over.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and service.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and fostering long‑term partnerships.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
C Market Research & Insights
- Maintain a laser‑sharp focus on market developments within the target segments.
- Stay current with technology trends and industry developments to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at technology conferences, exhibitions, and events to promote solutions and services.
D Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with internal technical experts, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional sales teams to share best practices and strategies.
E Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates on performance metrics, forecasts, and ongoing initiatives
