Job description
Role & responsibilities
A Sales Strategy & Execution
  1. Identify and target potential clients within key industries, including BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing.
  2. Focus on emerging Fintech startups in UAE and Nigeria to capture new opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and qualification.
  4. Conduct needs assessments to propose tailored technology solutions that meet client requirements.
  5. Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing, including contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
B Client Relationship Management
  1. Maintain ownership of new accounts until achieving critical mass, after which Account Managers will take over.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and service.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and fostering long‑term partnerships.
  4. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
C Market Research & Insights
  1. Maintain a laser‑sharp focus on market developments within the target segments.
  2. Stay current with technology trends and industry developments to articulate value propositions effectively.
  3. Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  4. Represent the company at technology conferences, exhibitions, and events to promote solutions and services.
D Collaboration & Teamwork
  1. Work closely with internal technical experts, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
  2. Collaborate with cross‑functional sales teams to share best practices and strategies.
E Sales Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
