Job summary

Al Ghurair is seeking a Service Advisor in Dubai to manage the complete vehicle service journey from reception to delivery. You will receive customers, document concerns, explain repairs and costs, and coordinate with workshop teams for timely completion.

You will keep customers updated on progress, recommend maintenance, and ensure quality checks before delivery, while handling concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer service in a vehicle service environment.
• Ability to explain repairs and costs clearly to customers.
• Strong communication with workshop and parts teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive customers and understand their service and repair requirements.
• Prepare repair orders and document customer concerns.
• Explain required repairs, costs, and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with workshop, parts and warranty teams for timely completion.
• Keep customers updated on repair progress.
• Recommend maintenance and additional repairs based on vehicle condition.
• Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.
• Explain completed work and invoices at delivery.
• Handle customer concerns professionally to support satisfaction.
• Aim to achieve revenue, productivity, customer retention and CSI targets.
