Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Service Advisor in Dubai to ensure outstanding customer service, accurate service delivery, and effective workshop coordination. You will interact with customers to initiate repair orders, capture requirements, provide cost estimates, and manage delivery timelines.

The role focuses on achieving service revenue targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and driving dealer certification and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in an automobile dealership; at least 3 years as a Service Advisor.
• Knowledge of automotive dealer/distributor processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend promptly to customers, greet with a smile, and record requests.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and explain work content to customers.
• Manage repair orders and track workshop progress and delivery times.
• Ensure vehicle delivery is on time and invoices match work performed.
• Support dealer certification and development initiatives.
