Job summary

Al-Futtaim Technologies LLC in the UAE is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to be the primary link between customers and workshop operations across the country, delivering a seamless service journey from vehicle reception to handover, while upholding quality and transparency.

You will strengthen customer loyalty, hit service revenue targets, explain repairs and costs clearly, coordinate with technicians and supervisors, and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and data

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a Service Advisor or similar aftersales role.
• MS Office applications; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of English; basic Arabic is an advantage.
• Technical proficiency with automotive products, systems, and service processes.
• Customer-centric mindset with teamwork, integrity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to boost loyalty and retention.
• Manage end-to-end service process from vehicle reception to delivery.
• Identify upselling opportunities and manage discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with workshop and production teams for accurate progress updates and on-time delivery.
• Explain repair work, service recommendations, and costs clearly at handover.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high CSV and NPS results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards; maintain data accuracy.
