Responsibilities

• Act as Brand ambassador and liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication.
• Greet customers warmly, address issues promptly, and maintain effective communication throughout the service process.
• Schedule customer appointments and explain maintenance benefits, obtain approval for estimates and repairs.
• Fill the T Card with job details, estimates, and delivery timelines, coordinating with stores and control room.
• Manage customer complaints, provide updates, and maintain accurate service history and data.
• Collaborate with Parts advisor to ensure availability of spare parts and timely service delivery.
